Job Responsibilities
1、Be responsible for full project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2、Develop project plans and define project scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
3、Monitor the entire project lifecycle, including project schedule management, resource management, risk management, and change management.
4、Organize reviews of deliverables and documents for key project checkpoints, stage gates, and milestones, and drive their completion, submission, and archiving.
5、Establish and maintain standardized project initiation mechanisms, project prioritization systems, and risk classification frameworks.
6、Establish and optimize the R&D project development process system, and support its implementation and communication across teams.
7、Assist R&D project leaders with cross-functional communication, including internal coordination with procurement, supply chain, and marketing teams, as well as external communication with customers and suppliers.
8、Coordinate project resources and drive execution to ensure successful project delivery.
9、Summarize and review project management experience to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
1、Experience in project management; PMP certification is preferred.
2、Familiar with project management processes and methodologies, with the ability to independently manage projects.
3、Proficient in the use of project management tools.
